Style Update
As you may have already noticed the site has a new look to it. I decided to go with a single column theme which should better showcase the posts up-front and center while relegating the various extras to the bottom of the page.
An additional change is in the Gallery where the pictures are displayed using Lightbox, a very nifty mechanism to display the images without having to reload the entire page.
I’ve been testing and fixing the theme and other parts of the site for a little while now and believe that everything is working as it should, be that not the case please let me know about it so I can fix it.

Gallery Down
In the process of trying to get some of the latest Gallery modules installed, it turned out that I had to upgrade the software. Unfortunately, my Wordpress plugin to allow integrated access to the Gallery isn’t working, and I will have to upgrade Wordpress to get things back to normal again.
So please bear with me as I go jump through the necessary hurdles to get things back in shape again..
Update: The gallery has been fixed.

Happy New Year
Well, 2006 is almost over. It was a good year for me personally and professionally. One of the top notes being was finding out that I was going to be a father early next year. We are very excited to welcome our first child into the world. There are many milestones throughout ones life and this is a big one for me along with turning 30 next year. 
I’m not very big on resolutions as I seldom seem to keep any of them past a few weeks into the new year, so I’ve decided instead to just enjoy whatever comes my way next year with all the gusto that I can muster.
Amongst the great happenings that I’m looking forward to next year is, of course, the birth of our child and my cousin’s marriage.
So here’s wishing all of you a very happy and prosperous 2007!

Welcome to Mindful Meanderings
Welcome to the new incarnation of my blog. When I initially launched it, I was unsure as to the style or the content of it which lead to a variety of posts ranging from technology to just random news I found interesting. Now, after a year or so I’ve begun to formulate an idea of what I would want to blog about.
That being said, I decided to make a fresh start; not only in content, but also in the visual presentation of the blog. To that end, let me detail some of the changes that have taken place and upcoming direction of the content.
